AAA has posted notice that they intend to begin 3rd phase painting on Wednesday, June 6th (weather permitting). Impacted unit addresses are shown earlier in this thread.

AAA has notified us that they have tentatively rescheduled 3rd phase painting to begin the week of June 4th. They will post notices once firm dates are determined.

3rd phase exterior painting was canceled this week and will be rescheduled. As soon as we receive new painting date notification from AAA, an update will be posted.

Exterior painting for the unit addresses below has tentatively been scheduled for Tuesday May 8th and Wednesday May 9th. In the event of inclement weather, the work will be rescheduled for another day.
Please remove any valuable or fragile items from your deck or outside of your unit. Additionally, please park your vehicle(s) in your garage or away from the building.

Below are the building addresses for the third phase of power washing & painting. Power washing is scheduled to occur on 4/25/12 (weather permitting).
AAA Painting Contractors has posted notices on the buildings/units affected. Note: Only areas that have previously been painted are powerwashed. Your windows must be closed during this procedure and vehicles need to be garaged or parked away from the building.
Painting dates have not yet been determined, but we will post as soon as we are notified..
