HOA Approved Storm Door

Individual homeowners are permitted to install a storm door option on the the front entrance of their townhome unit.  At the present time, the selection is limited to the following door.  Door frame color must match the building trim color of the home.

These are full glass doors with no etchings or designs.  A full screen and two moving glass panels allow for ventilation. It features:

- 1 5/8” heavy-duty frame with rigid foam insulation and reinforced corners.
- Overlapping frame and double weather stripping for a tight seal.
- Solid brass handle inside and out with a keyed deadbolt.
- Self-storing full screen with two movable glass panels.

In order to maintain the required architectural consistency of the Sarah's Glen community, homeowners must adhere to this board approved selection.
