Replacement Garage Doors

HOA Approved Replacement Garage Doors

Each homeowner, at his/her sole cost and expense, is responsible for the regular, ongoing maintenance and repair of their garage door(s). 

​​In the event a unit homeowner needs/desires to replace their garage door(s), the sole replacement selection is limited to the models described below. In order to maintain the required architectural consistency of the Sarah's Glen community, homeowners are limited to these as the only HOA approved selections.

CLOPAY 52 CLASSIC™ COLLECTION VALUE PLUS SERIES Insulated DoorsThis the basically the current version of the garage door(s) the builder used during original construction.

Your Amarr or Clopay dealer / door service provider will be able to size a door that is appropriate for your door opening.

To ensure proper selection, homeowners are required to submit a Landscape & Architectural Improvement/Change Application to the management company when replacing a garage door. Unit owners may be fined and forced to remove/replace (at their own expense) any non-HOA approved replacement garage door.
