Homeowners are responsible for being knowledgeable about, and complying with, the Rules and Regulations, Declarations and By-Laws. Homeowners are responsible for keeping copies of these documents and for passing them along to any successive purchaser of their townhome unit. The current Rules and Regulations are posted below for your convenience. Replacement copies of the By-Laws and Declarations may be obtained from the Management Company for a fee.
