Sarah's Glen Board of DirectorsConsistent with Sarah's Glen Rules and Regulations, as well as the Common Interest Community Associations Act (CICA Act), the HOA Board of Directors is comprised of three (3) homeowners who are elected by the homeowners. The board itself elects it's officers, which consists of President, Treasurer and Secretary. Board members are charged with carrying out the association's rules and regulations.
The Association's Annual Meeting for elections is typically held as earlier in the calendar year as practical. According to Sarah's Glen Rules and Regulations, all Homeowners who are current with their assessments and are citizens of the United States can serve on the Board. Each Director serves a two-year term. A quorum of homeowners (20%) is required to elect a new board member at the annual homeowners meeting. The homeowners currently serving terms as HOA directors are Tom OBrien (President), Amit Sinha (Treasurer) and Eugene Garmash (Secretary).
