The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will be holding a public meeting regarding widening and improvements of Route 45 from Route 22 to Route 60 in Lake County on:
Tuesday, February 7, 2012
5:30‐8:30 PM
Vernon Hills Park District‐Sullivan Center
635 North Aspen, Vernon Hills, IL
IDOT will provide audiovisual presentations and IDOT staff will be available to answer questions.
Given that Route 45 is basically the north border of the Sarah's Glen townhome community, any future plans to widen/improve Route 45 continue to be of tremendous concern to the Sarah's Glen HOA. We recommend that all Sarah's Glen residents read the project description attached below, attend the meeting, ask questions and make their comments/concerns about this expansion part of the public record.
Written questions and comments or requests for from the Public Hearing materials may be submitted during this Public Hearing or mailed to the Illinois Department of Transportation. Comments are welcome at any time, but to be included in the Public Hearing record they must be received by February 24, 2012.
You may also submit input through the project email address at [email protected]
