The annual homeowners meeting was held on February 22, 2012. This year, the date of our annual meeting was delayed slightly as meeting rooms at the Vernon Area Public Library were unavailable due to ongoing construction. The meeting was instead scheduled and held at the Lashen Community Center. A quorum of owners was unable to be established at the meeting. Therefore, the board member election was postponed. A new date for the board member election will be announced as soon as possible.
To board did pass the FY2012 budget, which reflects a 5% increase in assessments. This increase is retroactive to Jan 1, 2012. W.L. Seymour will be sending statements to homeowners reflecting their individual FY2012 unit monthly assessments.
Calculations of individual unit assessments are based on the unit percentage of ownership. This percentage of ownership is provided for in the Bylaws "Amendment to the Declaration of Easements, Restrictions and Covenants for Townhomes of Sarah's Glen".
