As you may have noticed, our landscape contractor (Landscape Concepts Management) recently installed various plant materials to replace some of our dead, damaged and/or diseased plants.
They also re-seeded certain areas of the turf near streets and driveways where there appeared to be significant damage due to pets, disease, snow removal activity, de-icing chemicals, etc.
As you might imagine, the cost to replace plant material and re-seed areas of the turf comes at significant expense to our homeowner’s association.
Please help protect this investment by regularly watering any of the replacement plant material and re-seeded turf areas that are in proximity to your townhome!
