On Tuesday December 18th, the address lightboxes will be removed from all town home units for LED strip, power adapter and light sensor replacement. New LED strips will be installed that produce a warm white color and a brighter, more visible light than the original, all while consuming less power. The metal frames of the lightboxes will also be cleaned and painted during this process. The repair process will take a several days to complete before the re-installation process can begin. In the interim, the contractor will place temporary address signage on each unit.
Once the repairs are completed, the contractor will need access to your garage to re-install the repaired lightbox, connect to power and test. The reinstallation dates are most likely to be Saturday, December 22nd and Saturday, December 29th. If you are unavailable on either of those dates, the contractor (Alex Pervakov, LEDer) will coordinate re-installation with you on another date.
If you would like to see the appearance of the finished product in advance, a pilot/test repair has been completed at 1208 S Christine. If you have any other questions regarding the repair project, feel free to contact Nicole Akers at W.L. Seymour.
